About the Role

HAT Global Partners is seeking an experienced Patient Communications Specialist to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will serve as an important point of contact between patients and the clinical team, helping ensure timely, professional, and accurate communication.

What You'll Do

  • Manage inbound and outbound patient calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Handle routine and urgent patient communications, escalating critical matters when appropriate.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments while maintaining accuracy.
  • Conduct patient reminder and follow-up calls to support continuity of care.
  • Respond professionally to patient emails and general inquiries.
  • Coordinate FibroScan appointments and related patient communications.
  • Assist with prescription and laboratory-related communications.
  • Coordinate provider-related appointments and ensure patients receive clear and accurate information.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient interactions.
  • Follow HIPAA requirements and established communication and practice protocols.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in U.S. healthcare patient communication, patient access, medical scheduling, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare workflows and patient-service processes.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Professional telephone etiquette with a strong patient-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage sensitive, urgent, and time-critical patient communications.
  • Experience working with EHR/EMR systems is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Awareness of HIPAA requirements and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality.
