Make an Impact in Healthcare Revenue Cycle

HAT Global Partners is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated AR Associate to join our growing healthcare revenue cycle management team.

In this role, you will support the accounts receivable process for U.S. healthcare practices, helping identify outstanding balances, follow up on unpaid claims, and maintain accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate understands healthcare revenue cycle workflows, communicates professionally, and is comfortable working with insurance companies, patient accounts, and healthcare billing information.

What You'll Do

• Review outstanding accounts receivable balances and identify accounts requiring follow-up.
• Follow up with insurance carriers regarding unpaid, underpaid, or delayed claims.
• Investigate claim status and determine appropriate next steps for resolution.
• Review explanations of benefits (EOBs) and electronic remittance information.
• Identify and investigate claim denials, payment discrepancies, and outstanding balances.
• Communicate with insurance representatives to obtain claim and payment information.
• Document account activity, follow-up actions, and claim status accurately.
• Escalate complex accounts and unresolved issues when appropriate.
• Maintain productivity, accuracy, and turnaround-time expectations.
• Follow established healthcare billing, privacy, and compliance procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in medical billing, accounts receivable, or U.S. healthcare revenue cycle management is preferred.
• Understanding of U.S. healthcare insurance and medical billing processes.
• Familiarity with claim follow-up, denials, EOBs, and payment posting concepts.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze account information and identify discrepancies.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Comfortable working with healthcare software, billing systems, and electronic records.
